Rider Development Sessions for Paracycling are dedicated coaching sessions for disabled riders who want to keep fit, have fun and improve performance through regular coaching sessions. Both experienced and new riders of any age will be eligible to attend the sessions, which are open to disabled riders. There are a small number of adapted bikes at the venue including handcycles and bikes.Riders should contact the coach beforehand to discuss their individual needs. Riders should contact the lead coach Rob Mace (robmace@britishcycling.org.uk) beforehand to discuss their aspirations, requirements for the session and if you need to book a bike.
