Info for Riders

This session is a coaching session for riders looking to develop their track cycling techniques, fitness and confidence. Track cycling is a fantastic experience and a great way to develop your cycling skills. Bikes, Tandems, helmets and cycling shoes are available to use. When bookng onto the session riders are asked to email the organiser and let them know what they would like to practice during the session such as learning to ride the track for beginners or practicing a sprint if riders have ridden the track before. The session is £10 for riders who have booked onto a 2016 British Disability Hub Session in York, Manchester, Nottingham, Cyclopark, Bath or Aylesbury. The charge is £20 for riders who have yet to book onto a British Cycling Disablity Hub session.
