Astley & Tyldesley host a Northern League cycle speedway meeting on Sunday, with matches at Division 1, 2 and 3 levels, starting at 2:00 pm, against Bury.
This is the last round of fixtures for the main Northern League season and there is everything to play for in two of the three matches! A&T are level on match points with Stockport at the top of the Division 1 table. Should Sunday's results match, then a Play-off between A&T and Stockport, to determine the Division 1 title will be held at Bury, on Wednesday evening. In Division 2, Bury lead A&T by one point. So, a draw or a Bury win will see Bury win Division 2, but an A&T win will see A&T as the champions. A&T have already clinched the Division 3 title for the fifth successive year and are looking to complete the campaign with a 100% record.
