Welcome

On arrival please follow instructions from the marshals as to where to park. Information on parking will be posted in the week leading up to the race, 

Online registration

Please try to pre-register on line to help make the race day run more smoothly via British cycling online entry.

Online registration will close Thursday night at !!.55pm. A no show= no refund. Riders may withdraw but no later than 6pm Friday evening andvia an email to sharon.avery74@yahoo.com.There is a withdrawel fee of £3.00 for each withdrawal.

Signing in

Sign on will be allocated in the registration cabin. All rider Th(parents/guardians if aged 17 or under) must sign on before peactise. Riders/ parents or guardians should check the pre-entry sheets, sign the disclaimer and report any issues between the hours of 9am and 11am on race day. A rider not signing in will be considered a "no show" and will be removed from the entry list. Pre-sheets and Moto sheets will published on the Mpto boards around the track.

Entry Fees

Expert                           Pre-reg - £12.00 (all classes excluding Elite)      

                                     On the day entry £20,00

Elite                              £15.00 on the day only

Prize Money & Awards

One class will be picked at random to its winner to be presented the Coppin Cup.

Expert Classes

There will be a preentation to the top 3 of each catagory at the end of the day once the points have been allocated.

Elite Class

The prize money money will presented at the end of racing and will be dependent on the number of riders.

1st - minimum £80

2nd - minimum £40

3rd - minimum £30

Catering

Catering will be availible on site.

Saturday Practice

Club riders cost for this will be £2.50 for members and £4.00 for non members. Please make sure you sign in and collect a coloured wrist band.

Rules

1. The youngest category for riders using clipless pedals is 13 years or above.

2, everyone needs a race licence.

3. All SW riders please can you all use your number plate used at the Sw Champs. (Please no point 2's). Out of region riders please could you preferably ride on your national plates or any regional plates.

4.Riders must use side plates.
