Event Overview

An 8-week series of Closed Circuit Racing this summer on Wednesday evenings for 4th category and Master riders.  This is being held on the purpose built 1.5km road circuit at the Odd Down Sports Ground, Bath, BA2 2PR. 

Dates of the series are as follows:

Week 1 – 06/05/20 (4th cat, Masters C+ Men and Master C+ Women)
Week 2 – 20/05/20 (4th cat, Masters C+ Men and Master C+ Women)
Week 3 - 03/06/20 (4th cat, Masters C+ Men and Master C+ Women)
Week 4 - 17/06/20 (4th cat, Masters C+ Men and Master C+ Women)
Week 5 - 01/07/20 (4th cat, Masters C+ Men and Master C+ Women)

Week 6 - 15/07/20 (4th cat, Masters C+ Men and Master C+ Women)

Week 7 - 29/07/20 (4th cat, Masters C+ Men and Master C+ Women)

Week 8 - 12/08/20 (4th cat, Masters C+ Men and Master C+ Women


Race Program (This round): 
18:45 - 4th Category Riders  – (40 mins + 3 laps)
  19:45 - Masters C+ - (40 mins + 5 laps) 
19:46 - Womens Masters C+ - (40 mins + 3 laps) 



*All race durations and start times are subject to change due to factors including light and weather conditions, as well as the progression of other events in the program. 



Entry fee via the British Cycling online entry system for all races is £15. The Day Entry fee will be £20. Online Entry will close the day before the event at midnight. Places in all races are available on a first come-first served basis and there is no guarantee of the availability of Day Entries.

Prizes on race night only for 4th Category Race, no series prizes:

1st: £15 cash + £15 voucher
2nd: £10 cash + £15 voucher
3rd: £5 cash + £15 voucher


No on the night prizes for Masters races, there are series prizes only.

Masters Races Prize money will be awarded based on overall position in the series after 8 rounds. Best 7 rounds will count towards a rider's score. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

Please note that the site management still do not want cycling shoes to be worn in the pavilion. We appreciate that this is inconvenient but this policy applies across all sports including rugby and football etc. Sign on will be located in the main pavilion. Please exit the circuit promptly following your race, to ensure the race program can continue without becoming affected by light conditions. Riders waiting to enter the circuit, please leave space for riders to exit.
