This event is organised and underwritten by the South West road race workgroup a group of volunteers who oversee the promotion of road and circuit events in the region.

In an effort to kickstart racing in the South West the workgroup is holding the regions first event under covid restrictions. Encouraging clubs, organisers and riders to support the racing and consider promoting follow up events. 

The workgroup have underwitten the event and reduced the entry fees to encourage racing -note no BC points are available for racing this year and existing licence category's will be rolled into next year

COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING
Please don’t mingle and socialise before and after races and try and stay 2 meters apart when not racing. We will make the process of racing as safe and simple as possible but we are all in this together so must all do our bit – there is plenty of parking so spread out and don’t gather in groups. Hand sanitizer will be available in several key locations, please use it. Only pre entry is available - no entry on the day 

Scratch Race
 7 laps  Points for top 6 riders = 6/5/4/3/2/1

Points Race
 sprints on lap 2,3,4,5,6 and 7. Points to the top 3 riders 3/2/1

Pursuit Race

based on the outcome of the previous events a staggered start race groups decided at the discretion of the organiser. Seven lapsPoints for top 6 riders = 6/5/4/3/2/1

RACE LOGISTICS
Time is tight and it is your responsibility to be ready and lined up on the entry area and ready 5 minutes before race time, the race will start as planned and late riders won’t be allowed to ride.

You will be signed in at the signing on desk and given a disposable number to keep. Three pens for the different event category's will be created on the hardstanding adjacent to the circuit and you must warm up in these areas and try not to mingle with the other groups racing 

Leaving the circuit
At the end of your race you must circle the circuit one more time as a wind down lap and then filter off to the right just before the start/finish line heading towards the car park. Please disperse and be sure to keep 2 meters between you and other riders. 

ENTRY FEES
£12.50 in advance only (racing is free to HHCC first claim members). No entry on the day.
