Event promoted by the British Cycling Regional Team in partnership with Parallel Cycle Coaching.

Open to all women and girls. No experience necessary. If you do not have a cyclocross bike for these sessions please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we may be able to help.

This 4 week series consists of 2 x coached sessions and 2 x open sessions (TBC) ahead of Western Cyclocross League.

The first session on 6th August has a ‘no questions asked, FREE booking’.

Whether you just do not want to spend money at the moment, you’re not sure if you’ll like it, or any other reason we won’t ask questions – this option is here to be used! This will remain completely confidential. If you wish to use this option, you will need to email: parallelcyclecoaching@gmail.com and be manually added to the event. This is to work around the online booking system, but rest assured this will be confidential.

CONSENT - A consent form (link below) is compulsory for all riders. The completed form must be brought to the session. Link to printable consent form:

TRACK ACCESS - ShamXross track is situated on private land behind Somerdale Pavilion, with kind permission of the land owner during organised events and coaching sessions only.

PARKING - Parking at the venue must be paid for. Fees start at 60p per hour. Please park with care, in the official car parks and don't forget to pay for your parking! Parking is monitored using an ANPR system.

WHAT TO BRING - For the session you will need to bring a working bike, helmet and appropriate clothing. Dress appropriately for the weather and any changing conditions.
