Tyneside Vagabonds are hosting another "Fun at the Farm" Go Ride Cyclocross race on Saturday 15th October at Thorneyford Farm, Kirkley, Ponteland, NE20 0AJ.

Suitable for youth and novice adult riders who want to give cyclocross a go.

  • U8 - Sign on 09:30 to 09:45.  10 mins race starts at 10:00
  • U10/U12 - Sign on 09:45 to 10:00.  15 mins race starts at 10:20
  • U14/U16/Adults - Sign on 10:00 to 10:20.  20 mins race starts at 10:45

Info for Riders

Helmets must be worn at all times while riding.

Please wear clothing appropriate to the weather conditions on the day.

The course is offroad and only suitable for offroad bikes eg MTB, Cyclocross or Gravel bikes.

There is ample parking on site but please park courteously.  There is a cafe and toilet facilities.

Cyclocross Age Categories are as follows:

U8 - Born in 2015 or later

U10 - Born in 2013 or 2014

U12 - Born in 2011 or 2012

U14 - Born in 2009 or 2010

U16 - Born in 2007 or 2008

Junior - Born 2005 or 2006.
