One Vision MTB Gravity School coach and pro downhill athlete Jack Reading will run the British Cycling Gravity Talent Development Centre in the North West region.

The venue is Farmer John's MTB Park, Stockport.

NOTE  Riders will also need to pay Farmer John's Bike Park on the day when they sign on.

Option 1 - no membership and £10 per ride.

Option 2 - £40 membership and £2 per ride.

About the Event

Info for Riders

These courses are for Gravity focused mountain bike racers aged from 12 years to 16 years old who are currently competing regionally and/or nationally. These riders should be looking to develop their mountain bike skills and learn how to race to their best potential.

Set at Farmer Johns MTB park, this course is designed to help riders like you build confidence, technique, and speed in a structured manner. It’s a great opportunity to meet other like-minded young riders and progress your riding and racing skills. This course, for maximum eight riders, will help you get faster on the trails and then progress at regional and national competitions.

All the training is provided by current UCI World Cup downhill racer and One Vision MTB Gravity School coach and founder Jack Reading.

If you’re looking to develop your mountain bike skills and progress as a racer these are the courses for you! The sessions will be run throughout the year and riders will work through all of the coaching principles which are taught by Jack and the Gravity School.

-          Riders must be in Juvenile or Youth category in 2022 (12-16 years)

-          Riders must be competing regionally

-          Riders are required to plan on racing at national level in 2022

-          Riders ideally need to be located a reasonable distance from the Farmer John's venue (within the North West/surrounding areas of the session)

-          Appropriate bike with 2 working brakes and at least front suspension

-          Appropriate off road FULL FACE MTB helmet, knee pads and gloves  

Entries will close at noon on the Thursday before the event.
