What is it?

This Crank It session is a part of the British Cycling Performance Pathway. It will be a 4-hour session dedicated to developing on & off bike skills along with physical elements required for success.

Development Centres will support riders with their first step on the talent pathway and are for those who aspire to be become better bike riders and who might be looking to attend RSRs as well as current riders who have already engaged in RSR and Apprentice programmes.

Riders should be aware that these sessions will be physically challenging, meeting the needs of the racing standards of All Youth A & B and Junior bike racers.

Who delivers it? Delivery will be led by the Crank It Coaching Team.

When is it?  10-2pm for riders. 

What does it cost? £15 per session - on line entries only.

What you need? Clean Cyclo Cross bike in good working order, helmet, gloves, appropriate clothing for the weather & time of year, spare equipment & bike spares, and enough food & drink (water bottles close to hand) to see you through the session and travelling home.
