British Cycling Masters National Road Race Championships, 

Races for all ages 30+ Men & Women, held across 2 days.

The South West Region welcomes you to participate in these Championships, which haven't been run here since 1974.

The event will be held over 2 laps of the picturesque Roadford Reservoir circuit on the north side of the Dartmoor National Park.

This is a rolling course worthy of a National Championships and has been used for the final stage of the Totnes/Vire stage race.

Info for Riders

These are for Men aged between 40-59 (need to be 40 at any time up to 31 Dec 2023). There are Championships Results for each 5 year age group. They are open to British Cycling Silver or Gold members, and who are British citizens. Riders must hold a valid UCI recognised licence showing the rider nationality as "GBR", which has been issued at least 28 days prior to these championships. If you are resident in another country you must hold a British Passport and must not, in that year, have competed in the National Championship of any other UCI affiliated federation. If you have a UCI licence, you must also be a British Cycling Silver or Gold member. Where numbers are such that age groups are combined, there will still be individual 5 year championships. However, there needs to be a minimum of 3 entries for a championship to be awarded.

There Will Be No Entries On The Line.

Please get your entry in so we can schedule both days in plenty of time.

We will accept E/1/2 Cat riders immediately, these age groups are by far and away the busiest in the championships, so please bear with us.

We want this event to be a Championships to remember, please help us doing this by entering early and giving us an idea of numbers,

ONCE THE REMAINING ENTRIES ARE GONE ENTRY WILL CLOSE AND AND FINAL START SHEET WILL BE COMPILED.

Entry has only opened again because the Women's race needs more entries, so it has been decided to give you the chance to fill the last few places up in these age groups.
