Acceptance - Priority for acceptance to this event will initially go to club members of the West and East Midlands BC affiliated clubs. who organise Track Cluster events.

If riders from those clubs don't take all available spaces by one week to go applications will be accepted first from riders who are members of other East/West MIds clubs, then to members of other regions' clubs.

Also, preference may be given to riders from clubs who provide coaching and other organisational support for the Derby Track Cluster scheme.

Riders will then be accepted, in order of entry date, for unfilled spaces in each ability group.

Acceptance remains at the discretion of the organiser.  We reserve the right to alter the size and number of ability groups at any time.
