Emmeline Ragot has taken a shock win in Canberra, putting together a great run while everyone was watching out for Tracy Moseley who finished second and Sabrina Jonnier who spectacularly crashed out.

Jonnier crashed around a minute into her run, taking a tight line into one of the berms after the bridge. On our unofficial split she looked to be on for the win, but a front wheel washout cost her the rainbow. After the crash Jonnier clearly had a flat tyre - we can only speculate as to when that happened. One guess would be - knowing Jonnier often uses Stan's Flow tubeless wheels - that the front tyre blew off the rim during the turn, leaving Sabrina out of control.

Whatever the case, Jonnier looked devastated to be out of the rainbow stripes for a second year running, while Ragot couldn't believe her luck.

Second was Tracy Moseley, who although managing a consistent run, did not look to be on the edge as much as Ragot was. Everywhere Moseley was smooth and assured, Ragot was wild and hanging on.
