Sally Bigham and Oli Beckingsale are the 2010 British Mountain Bike Marathon Champions!
For Beckingsale and Bigham it was an opportunity to retain their titles, and both did it in style at Pippingford. After heavy overnight rains, the course dried out through the course of the race, gradually becoming less greasy.
In the men's race, Lee Williams proved his season was over a mid-year slump, with second position, while Ian Wilkinson made a brief return to the mountain bike fraternity from road duties to wrap up the podium.
