OFF-ROAD specialist Crispin Doyle (Hargroves Cycles-Specialized) moved on to tarmac for the first time this year and duly won the second round of the Leisure Lakes Circuit Series at Cheltenham Racecourse.
The 39-year-old Swindon rider, whose last road win came in the corresponding series two years ago, took the honours in the 25-mile race for second, third and fourth categories ahead of James Phillips (Severn RC).
