Circuit Racing is returning to North Yorkshire with the new Fulford Cycles Circuit Series. The Army Cycling Union are teaming up with Fulford Cycles of York to promote 5 new events on an airfield more used to hearing the blades of a Lynx helicopter than the whistle of cycle spokes.
Working with the Yorkshire Regional Events Officer - Pete Sutton - Keiran Murphy has put together 3 hours of racing per day for 5 weekends starting 18 August 2012.
The venue is Dishforth Airfield, Dishforth, Thirsk, North Yorkshire, YO7 3EZ
Racing will cover all adult categories and starts at 11am:
11:00 4th Cats only Regional C+ Band 5 4th 45 mins
11:00 E/1/2/3/4 Women Only Band 4 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, Elite 45 mins
12:00 3/4 Regional B Band 5 3rd, 4th 50 mins
13:00 E/1/2/3 National B Band 3 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Elite 01 hr

To finish off the season, the Army CU will also promote a Road Race as a finale to the Yorkshire season on the nearby Milby Circuit on Sunday 23rd September.
