We have an exceptional natural environment and a great range of places for cycling activity. We want clubs to make the best use of these places to help people cycle and get active.

- Are creative and willing to work with others to ensure their facilities and location needs are met in a sustainable way
- Engage with and understand the facilities and location needs of those taking part and the wider community
- Take a palnned and realistic approach to facilities and locations, and ensure that this is part of the overall development plan
- Ensure their facilities and locations are accessible and appropriate to those taking part and the wider community
INDICATORS
The Scottish Cycling Club Development Framework follows the model of the sportscotland Club and Communities Framework in order to create a common language that will enable access to a wider resource. The framework provides a flexible pathway for clubs to progress and is supported by an extensive collection of templates, guides and case studies that will help enable this journey.
