Allezsportives.co.uk are pleased to launch their spring season sportive The Sharpener with British Cycling.

The event is a single loop 100k route, taking in some of the best back roads that Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire has to offer.

As the name suggests there is a little climbing involved to test just how well your training is going. The climbs may not be ‘Lake District in length’ but they are as the name suggests ‘sharp’ and ripe for attacking.

But it’s not all hills….there is some excellent open road on which you can get your head down or simply enjoy the countryside.
