Report: Welwyn Track League July 16

A lower than normal attendance due to uncertainties at the track being available following work on the grandstand plus the following days Dernyfest which affected the senior numbers as many looked to retain their energies for the next days racing. John McClelland strengthened his lead in the Senior competiton while Alex Anderson is now the leading Group B rider.  The youth riders especially in the B/C and C/D/E categories produced some lively racing and the points were widely spread among a number of riders in the various handicap events.
