Travel and parking
Over the weekend several other events take place nearby including Snow Patrol at the Co-op Live on Saturday 22 February and Manchester City v Liverpool on Sunday 23 February so please plan your journey in advance.

There will be no parking for spectators on site. Parking for disabled spectators on site is available but limited and will be for blue badge holders only. Disabled parking must be booked in advance. Please email trackchamps@britishcycling.org.uk with your name, vehicle registration and blue badge number.
Competition start and door opening times
Please note that the venue will be cleared between sessions so spectators with tickets for multiple sessions will be asked to leave and re-enter. Find all the timings here.
Security
Security bag searches will be in operation for all sessions at the event. NCC management will accept a small bag, rucksack or similar for personal use. Multiple bags per visitor will not be permitted. Please be prepared for this process and allow sufficient time before the start of racing. NCC management reserves the right to inspect any bag and/or articles of clothing.
Please also note that flash photography is not permitted.
Spectators are not permitted to bring the following items into the venue:
- Large bags, holdalls or luggage (Larger than 35cm x 40cm x 19cm).
- Food or drink, including water, but you are permitted to bring in one 500ml empty bottle each into the venue.
- Glass, cans, aluminium bottles or thermoses of any kind including liquid products which can be consumed.
- Flammable liquids in any container.
- Laser pens/pointers.
- Video cameras and professional cameras.
- Laptop computers, iPads, Go Pro’s or tablets with filming capabilities.
- Large/golf umbrellas.
- Knives or weapons of any kind.
- Illegal drugs or substances.
- Signs, banners or flags on poles, staffs or selfie sticks.
- Animals (except service animals to aid persons with disabilities).
- Air horns, whistles, cowbells or other noise-making distractions.
- Projectiles (frisbees, beach balls, footballs etc).
- Fireworks, confetti or glitter bombs or sprays.
- Balloons.
- Wheeled footwear, skateboards.
- Masks and helmets.
- Anything else which we deem could ruin the enjoyment or viewing experience of others.
Ticket Information
Please make sure you have downloaded your digital tickets so these are ready to be scanned when you arrive at the venue.
Please have your championship pass tickets ready to be scanned for each session you will be attending.
For any ticketing enquiries, the box office will open when doors open for each session.
Food and Drink
There are a wide variety of licensed bars and catering concessions available throughout the event, which are cashless and card only.
Drinking water from all venue taps and certain outlets are available, so you may bring in one 500ml empty bottle each into the venue.
Clothing
The optimum temperature for track cycling is 28C, meaning that the velodrome will be warm. As the outside temperature will be much lower, spectators are advised to dress appropriately with a number of layers that can be removed once inside. Please note that there is no cloakroom available.
Any lost items found will be handed to the NCC who will keep a record. Members of the public reporting lost items should be directed to the NCC reception to make enquiries there.
