Oats and lemon coated white fish

This baked fish dish is a great summer dish for evening meal with a good balance of protein and carbs.

Here is what you’ll need:

- 2 white fish fillets, boneless and skinless
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 egg
- Lemon juice and lemon zest
- Oats, for coating
- Salt and pepper

To serve:
- Carrot, grated
- Toasted sesame seed oil
- Sesame seeds
- Broccoli
- Baked sweet potato
