Here is what you’ll need:
For the burgers:
- 500g lean beef mince (5% fat)
- 1 egg
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/3 pack of chopped low fat feta cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
To garnish:
- Wholemeal pitta bread
- Fresh spinach
- Fresh tomatoes
- 1 large gherkin, sliced
- Green pesto
