British Cycling are working with the University of Central Lancashire, British Canoeing and Mountain Training on a research study to try to better understand how you prefer to learn and develop your leadership, coaching and instructing skills, where your knowledge and practice is sourced and how you prefer to receive this information.
As you will be aware from our actions from the MTB Leadership Research Indications, your contributions will inform what we do and how we do it in the future to help facilitate your continued development. This survey will enable a better understanding of the picture of learning preferences and working practice within the outdoors so we can shape the CPD and future learning provision accordingly.
MTB Leadership Research Indications
The survey will take around 10 minutes and does require you to provide considered responses so take the opportunity to have a short break from your hectic day and focus on something different.
Finally, by completing the survey you will be given the chance to enter a prize draw to win one of three £50 vouchers to spend with Cotswold Camping. All you need to do is provide your email address at the end of the survey once completed.
