To insure your event with British Cycling there is a registration fee, which is paid upon event approval.

Already have event insurance?
We highly recommend registering your event with us as the national governing body of cycling to benefit from clear guidelines and support to help you from start to finish. However, if you already have event insurance in place, we would still like to know about your event to help with calendar coordination across the country.
With this in mind, please send in the below details to sportives@britishcycling.org.uk to support us to coordinate the calendar more effectively:

Please note, events not registered and insured with British Cycling will not benefit from any event promotion that registered organisers recieve. The listing is primarily to notify others when and where a mass participation event is taking place to avoid event overlap, via our clash tool that registered organisers have access to.
