Risk assessment
Risk assess your club activities, ensure they are safe and enjoyable for everybody involved.
This document helps to explain the risk assessment process and assists you in completeing the risk assessment template which you can download below.
Use this template to document all relevant details of your activities including hazards and your action plan of how to minimise/eliminate the risk presented by these hazards.
This form is to be completed on a monthly basis and filed for future inspection.

The guidelines are not exhaustive and the risk assessments which you produce should be reviewed prior to the start of every activity to take into account any changes (permanent or temporary) which may have occurred.
Incident reporting
Where an incident has occurred during a club activity which involves injury, illness or property damage sustained by any party, or where there was potential for injury, illness or damage, an Incident Report Form should be completed and returned to British Cycling
